Beware of missing/damaged items! February 25, 2010

Most of the items in this kit are decent and are good for water conservation. However, the kit that I received included only one 1.0 gpm bathroom faucet aerator, when it is advertised as having two. Also, the small plastic drip gauge was crushed/broken (even though the packaging was in good condition), making it useless.
I couldn't figure out how to contact New Resources Group directly through Amazon, so I contacted Amazon Customer Service to see about getting a replacement drip gauge and second faucet aerator, but was told that "because New Resources Group's inventory is constantly changing, we can't replace items sold by them that are Fulfilled by Amazon." The only way I could get a new aerator and drip gauge was if I exchanged the ENTIRE kit... not possible, as most of the other included items were in use (such as the toilet tank bag).
If you order this kit and see that it's missing items, be aware that you may have to jump through a lot of hoops in order to get everything you paid for!
EDIT: I was surprised to find a package in the mail the other day from New Resources Group containing a new faucet aerator and replacement drip gauge, along with a few other goodies. Since my kit is now "complete," I have changed my star rating to a more favorable one.
